Volunteers needed! Our Coachella Valley healthcare facilities are running low on personal protective equipment such as medical masks for doctors and nurses attending to those suffering from the coronavirus. The Coachella Valley Mask Makers are seeking volunteers to make medical masks for the coming days and weeks as the coronavirus spreads here in the Coachella Valley and Riverside County.
This video shows you how to make a medical mask, not only for your family, but for our local doctors and nurses with items most people have lying around. No sewing needed! Best of all, they will deliver the pattern and supplies if you need them and pick up the masks once completed.
