Fire Chief Paul Wilson and the first responders are so grateful for the generosity of Cathedral City residents and local businesses giving needed personal protective equipment and care packages to help them make it through this unprecedented time.
Please thank Thommy and Michael Kochan for making and donating over a 100 face masks that were used to provide protection to all City employees. In addition, these local businesses have donated additional supplies keeping our first responders well protected and nourished:
Sam’s Club – 20 cases of water and disinfectant wipes
Destiny Church – 60 “grab bags” loaded with snacks for our crews
CNN Nails & Spa – 80 handmade masks that have been distributed to City employees
Domino’s – donated pizza for the on duty crews
Jimmy John’s – donated lunch boxes for on duty crews
