LAFCO Approves Cathedral City Plans to Annex a Portion of Unincorporated Riverside County
This morning, the Riverside Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) gave preliminary approval for annexation of the North City Extended Specific Plan Area. A Certificate of Completion will be executed by LAFCO staff upon compliance with the conditions of approval. This certificate will enable development of the area to proceed. Map shows the area to annex.
