As the summer heat reaches record levels, Riverside County has secured 15 Daytime Cooling Centers throughout the county including 4 centers in the Coachella Valley.
The location closest to Cathedral City is Well in the Desert located at 441 S. Calle Encilla in Palm Springs. The cooling center is open Monday through Sunday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
