“Piaggio on Wheels” Scheduled for “First Sunday’s Gourmet Food Truck Fare” – January 4th
Join friends, neighbors, and family for “First Sunday’s Gourmet Food Truck Fare” on Sunday, January 4th in Downtown Cathedral City from 11 am to 3 pm. Gourmet Food Trucks return in collaboration with the weekly Farmers’ Market.
Starting in the New Year brings a new gourmet food truck to Cathedral City, “Piaggio on Wheels” – the original Orange County Argentine food truck featuring empanadas, skirt steak tacos, chimichurri, sausage and milanesa sandwiches, skirt steak and chimi fries, and dulce de leche.
Chef Piaggio will be serving taco, burrito and quesadilla creations, as well as introducing guests to the lomito sandwich, the choripan made with traditional Argentine sausage, the chicken milanesa sandwich (voted best milanesa sandwich in O.C. by OC Weekly)*, his ever-so popular version of pulled pork, and the addicting chimichurri sauce.
