If you are 18 years of age or older, make less than 200% of the Federal poverty guidelines ($25,520 annual income or less for 1 person, $52,400 annual income for a family of four) and need assistance paying for utilities, the CAP Care Program is available to assist. Once qualified, CAP Cares will pay on your behalf to the utility companies for services such as water, trash, sewer, electric, propane and internet.
