We hope you’ll join us for an open house on Saturday, June 22, 2024, starting at 3 p.m. to celebrate the 2024 summer pool program and enjoy a dive-in movie! Mayor Mark Carnevale, Desert Recreation District General Manager Kevin Kalman, a representative from Palm Springs Unified School District, and Lenny the Landshark will be in attendance.

- 3:30-7 p.m. – Open Swim
- 7-8:30 p.m. Dive-In Movie (Trolls)
The City of Cathedral City, the Palm Springs Unified School District and Desert Recreation District will once again provide recreational swim sessions and swim lessons at the Cathedral City High School pool. The pool, located at 69250 Dinah Shore Drive, Cathedral City, CA 92234, will be open to Cathedral City residents from Tuesday, June 11 – Saturday, Aug. 9, 2024.
Mayor and a few members of the City Council will also be sporting lifeguard accessories at the event to add a little fun, and we hope to do an official “first splash” in the pool.
Aquatic and recreational activities improve our physical and psychological health, strengthen communities, and make our neighborhoods more attractive places to live, work and play. Stay cool this summer and enjoy our water features throughout Cathedral City!
