Planning Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Zoning Change to Preserve Open Space
Several people have brought up a Public Hearing Notice scheduled for the next Planning Commission Meeting dealing with a change of zoning for land on the south side of the city (Please see attached notice).
This notice is to inform residents that the City would like to change the current zoning of Open Space and Residential to only Open Space. This will preserve what is currently undeveloped land and hillsides from future development.
