Agua Caliente Casinos, the title sponsor of the Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival and Food Truck Fiesta, launched its inaugural flight this morning from Century Park in Cathedral City in preparation of the balloon festival this weekend. The balloon will be featured throughout the festival as well as many special shape balloons including the Cosmic Crisp Apple Balloon.
