A long line of people showed up at the new Bonta Restaurant in Downtown Cathedral City to receive free passes to tomorrow night’s Tinsel Town Hall featuring the advance screening of “Annie” and a welcome by Mayor Pro Tem Greg Pettis, 7 pm, at the Mary Pickford Theatre.
