Bontá Restaurant & Bar Announces Chef Hector’s July 14th “Cuisine & Art Tuesday” Menu
Chef Hector Salvatierra at Bontá has created a new savory menu just for “Cuisine & Art Tuesdays” for this Tuesday, July 14th. He brings international flavors to popular dishes as you get to choose from one of the following entrées:
Schnitzel Cordon Blue (Pork Loin filled and baked with Black Forest Ham, Gruyere, topped with a Champignon Sauce,
German Red Cabbage and Mashed Potatoes)
Chef Hectors Chicken Marsala (Chicken Breast with a Marsala mushroom sauce, along with a hint of Marinara served with side of pasta)
Sole Rustica (Pan seared Sole topped with Artichokes, Kalamata, Olives, Capers, and Tomatoes in a Lemon White Wine Sauce)
For an appetizer, he is serving Vichyssoise (cold potato and Leek soup) or organic greens roasted beets, goat cheese and pecans; and for dessert, freshly made Belgian Crepes.

Bonta is one of four Cathedral City restaurants participating in “Cuisine & Art Tuesdays” where patrons enjoy 3-course cuisine and receive an exclusive Art Exhibit Pass giving them free entry into all four participating art galleries.
