Cathedral City LGBT Days – This Weekend – Downtown Cathedral City
Join us for the Cathedral City LGBT Days this weekend featuring Martha Wash, Ultra Naté, Leslie Jordan, and other cast members from “A Very Sordid Wedding” including Ann Walker, Kirk Geiger, Rosemary & Newell Alexander .
Come to Cathedral City’s Civic Center Plaza, 68700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero, Cathedral City, CA this weekend (March 24 & 25) to see LIVE performances of Ultra Naté (seven #1 Dance Hits) on Friday, March 24th at 7:00 pm, and the Disco Diva Martha Wash on Saturday, March 25th at 2 pm – FOR FREE (general admission). Plus, come watch the LGBT Days’ Bed Race on Saturday, March 25th at 11:00 a.m. featuring celebrity riders Leslie Jordan (Will & Grace, Sordid Lives) and Ann Walker (Sordid Lives). Other groups competing include the Cathedral City Firefighters, Cathedral City Police, Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, the Desert Rose Playhouse, Diversity DHS, and many more. Following the bed race, come and meet some of your favorite cast members from the movie, “A Very Sordid Wedding,” featuring Kirk Geiger (Ty) Rosemary Alexander (Dr. Eve) and Newell Alexander (Wardell).
