Seniors who have been waiting to socialize or access resources in-person will be able to do so starting on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. The Cathedral City Senior Center will reopen with health and safety protocols in accordance to state guidelines. Fully vaccinated attendees can participate in group activities without a mask. Those who choose not to provide vaccination records will be required to wear a mask at all times.
It was also announced that Executive Director Geoff Corbin will be stepping down to go work for a regional non-profit in the Coachella Valley. His last day at the senior center will be June 14th.
