Chef Hector Releases his Final “Cuisine & Art Tuesdays” Menu for Bontá Restaurant Bringing Back the Popular – Stuffed Spanish Pork Chops

Only 2 more days until the final “Cuisine & Art Tuesdays” for the summer comes to a close. Chef Hector from Bontá Restaurant & Bar has released his special menu featuring Stuffed Spanish Pork Chops – stuffed with Sherry infused fruit served over Spanish white beans with Spanish Ham and Swiss chard. So many people have requested this entrée’s return!

Additional entrée choices include Schnitzel Cordon Blue (Black Forest Ham, Gruyere cheese topped with Tarragon mushroom sauce), Sandabs Piccatta (sandabs in a light batter with lemon caper sauce), and Chicken Marsala (pan-seared chicken breast finished with a Marsala mushroom sauce).

Save room for dessert as you get a choice of freshly made Belgian Crepes or Cannoli.
