Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Coachella Valley Regional College and Career Fair will be conducted online instead of in-person. Three upcoming dates will allow high school seniors and their parents to get the information needed to determine what is “Next?” The virtual fairs will be held online at http://www.ntbweek.com on Monday, October 12 from 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday, October 18th from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday, November 8th from 9 am to 7 pm. These virtual fairs are hosted by the National Association of College Admissions Counseling and sponsored by the Next? Think Big! Coachella Valley’s Regional College Fair.
Those attending online will be taught all the important steps needed to further a student’s education beyond high school and assist with career planning. The Regional College Fair concept began almost ten years ago when leaders throughout Coachella Valley came together through OneFuture Coachella Valley and wrote the Regional Plan for College and Career Success, with the common goal of increasing access to higher education, college completion and career success for local students.
