Road crews will begin preparing Ramon Road between Landau Boulevard and Date Palm Drive for a road resurfacing slurry project scheduled for mid-November that will close a lane in each direction on Monday, November 2, 2020 and Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Crews will crack seal the pavement and remove lane striping. Access to businesses along Ramon Road will remain open.
Motorists will experience delays as a result of a lane closure in each direction. An alternative route would be to utilize Dinah Shore Drive for east – west travel.
In mid-November, Ramon Road will be completely resurfaced with Rubberized Emulsion Aggregate Slurry (REAS) from Landau Boulevard to Date Palm Drive as part of its road maintenance plan. The REAS project will be completed within a few days.
