Dynamic Dance & Fitness of Cathedral City teamed up with the City of Cathedral City and Rita’s Italian Ice to hold a “High Fitness” Free Exercise Demonstration this morning with the co-founders, Emily Nelson and Amber Zenith. So much energy and fun even in the rain!
