It’s No Joke – The Red & Black Royal Caviar Festival Is Coming to Cathedral City on April Fools’ Day
His Highness German Prince Mario Max Schaumburg-Lippe and Alla Matusov are bringing the Red & Black Royal Caviar Festival – Cathedral City on Saturday, April 1, 2017 with a family festival from 12 noon to 6 pm at the Festival Lawn, and then, a Royal Caviar Masquerade Party from 8 pm to 2 am at the Civic Center Plaza.
The organizers picked the Coachella Valley, they claim, to be the first Caviar Festival in the U.S., due to its natural beauty and socio-economic demographics. They want every family to know that caviar isn’t only for the elite, prices have come down dramatically and should be enjoyed by all. They will offer caviar tasting at “a price you can afford, the taste you will never forget.”
His Highness and Ms. Matusov brought samples for everyone to taste at last night’s council meeting. Everyone agreed, the caviar was amazing!
The festival which will raise funds for our veterans will also be filmed for a new television show called, “From Hobby to Lobby.”
So, how did they pick Cathedral City? Ms. Matusov frequently eats at Bonta Restaurant when she visits from Los Angeles and has become acquainted with owners Hector and Petra Salvatierra. They began talking and came up with the idea. They searched many venues from Palm Springs to La Quinta and decided Cathedral City’s Festival Lawn was the most centralized venue located along a major thoroughfare, East Palm Canyon Drive (HWY 111).
More information will be coming soon including updates about how to get tickets and information about the posh-posh, Royal Caviar Masquerade Party that evening.
