Looking for Volunteers for Cathedral City’s Contingent in the PS Pride Parade on November 8th
The City of Cathedral City will have a contingent for the Palm Springs Pride Parade on Sunday, November 8th that begins at 10 am in downtown Palm Springs. The City will be promoting ourselves as the 1st Pride of the Year in California – Cathedral City LGBT Days on March 25-27, 2016. Our contingent will promote in particular the LGBT Days’ Costume Charity Bed Race.
We will have 5 decorated beds featuring a member of the City Council and his spouse or guest riding on the bed. Four volunteers per bed are needed to push and two people to hold our contingent banner. So, I’m looking for 22 volunteers who would like to send a message of embracing diversity in Cathedral City and have a lot of fun at the same time.

We are also decorating the beds starting on Friday, October 16 at 10 am. We are seeking volunteers for that too. Let me know of your interest and I will send you the details.
