Public Notice: City of Cathedral City Invites You to a Public Workshop to Discuss Recreational Improvements at Panorama Park
The City Engineering Division is proposing to submit an application for a State Park Youth Recreation Grant to replace the existing half basketball court at Panorama Park with one or two lighted full basketball courts. In addition, the same grant may fund a soccer field(s) with or without lights.
The City is requesting public comments for the support of the above stated facilities and the potential for basketball court and field lighting. The Engineering Division will present a schematic rendering on how the facilities will layout within the existing Panorama Park and address the publics concerns. The comments received from this meeting will be used to assist in the development of the concepts to be used in the Grant Application.
