Residents Encouraged to Participate in CVAG’s Wi-Fi Survey to Improve Coachella Valley Internet Access

Hey Coachella Valley — How’s Your WiFi? 🛜

The cities in the Coachella Valley are working together through Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) to improve everyone’s internet access and you can help by sharing about how satisfied you are with your internet connections at home or work.

It’s easy! The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and it is anonymous and confidential. To complete the survey, visit https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/ff9feda4f32f470299bb9bb8c942eef3?portalUrl=https://gismaps.hrgreen.com/portal

Participants with no wired internet connection may take the survey on a mobile device. The survey is open through June 30, 2024.

CVAG created this survey for residents, businesses, and other key stakeholders. The purpose of this survey is to learn about internet connectivity in the valley. Your participation is very important to understand your satisfaction with your current broadband options and the service you are being provided, and to gauge your interest in other broadband options being developed.

Please limit participation to one person per household. As this is a survey to assess wired internet service, participants should use a device connected to a wired internet connection (through WiFi or Ethernet), NOT a cellular connection (4G/LTE/5G), to take the survey.
