Join friends, neighbors and family for a Spooktacular time at the Cathedral City’s Spooktacular on Perez Road! Activities include trick or treat for kids, Halloween costume contest, police and fire exhibitions, music, art making for kids, and family resource booths. Free admission, free parking, free snacks!
You can also enter to win bicycles and bike gear every hour starting at 2pm!
