Two New Businesses Coming Soon to the Pickfair Promenade in Downtown Cathedral City
New signs went up today for “Pollo Doky” a brand new restaurant featuring Peruvian-style rotisserie and charbroiled chicken. This is a first-of-its-kind restaurant for Cathedral City importing a special rotisserie oven from South America. The restaurant, located behind Trilussa’s Restaurant at the Pickfair Promenade along East Palm Canyon Drive, will offer dine-in and takeout options. Look for an opening to happen in a few weeks.
Window signs have also gone up at the Pickfair Promenade for the new “Roost Lounge” a new full-service bar and lounge geared toward the LGBT community. The lounge will be located in the former Vino 101 location, also behind Trilussa Restaurant, and is expected to open in March.
