Governor Newsom announced that starting next Thursday, April 1, 2021, anyone over the age of 50 will be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. Then, on April 15, 2021, anyone over the age of 16 will be eligible to be vaccinated. This dramatic increase in pace is all due to stepped up manufacturing of the COVID-19 vaccines and increasing supplies.
